Our Crowdfunder progect is set to go next Thursday 27th February and this Saturday we are doing a Jumble sale at Badbrook Hall in Stroud GL5 10.30am – 12.30am.
All proceeds will go to buying crashmats and aerial equipment.

A great workshop with Dawn Morse of Core Elements for learning more about the body and how it moves and gains flexibility and strength. Saturday 29th July 10am-4pm in the Gold Room Centre for Science and Art, Stroud £35 booking essential. This workshop is aimed at Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Sports teachers. Our Circus Conditioning classes start up again this week. This is a circus based exercise class for all types of bodies, taught by the amazing @debonnaireruby Whether you’re an avid aerialist or have never tried circus skills before, this class is a great way to switch up your fitness routine, or start an entirely new one!The session will include a mix of endurance, cardio, strength training and flexibility exercises; using both the aerial equipment and the floor.We offer modifications to all exercises and adapt them to the individuals needs, so it truly is open to all levels of fitness.We encourage mindful training, so that not only are you getting a good workout, you’re also connecting with your body, learning to listen and look after it. At the end of class there will always be a short relaxation, giving your mind and body a moment to rest.Classes cost £7 each and will be running weekly from this Monday, the 5th June! They will be in the Gold Room, centre of science and art, 13 Lansdown, Stroud, Gl5 1BB

We will be doing tightrope walking (with a professional tightrope walker)
Aerial – static trapeze, silks and rope, hulahooping, rolla bolla and teeter board balancing and more!
At 6.30pm there will be the opportunity for parents etc to come and watch what has been learned during the day.

School of Larks are offering a half term circus day for ages 5 – 10s on Monday 15th February 10am-3.30pm in the Nailsworth Subscription Rooms.
This will be a full day of stimulating circus tuition in static trapeze, aerial silks, aerial rope, juggling, diabolo, staffs, devil sticks, feather balancing, walking globe, rolla bola, clowning and more!
The day will be led by 2 School of Larks staff with 2 (or 3) specialist circus teachers coming to teach their skills.
The day will cost £30 per child. £50 for 2 siblings.

School of Larks are running 3 Circus workshops this coming Sunday 20th December and Monday 21st.
The first one running on Sunday is 10am-3pm for children age 5 – 10 years. The aim is to create a circus show in a day – with friends and family coming to watch at 2.30pm. The venue is the Nailsworth Subscription Rooms and the cost is £30 (discounts for siblings). We will be doing aerial (static trapeze, aerial silks, rope and hoop) juggling, staff work, feather balancing, acro balance and more!
On Monday we will be running a similar session for ages 11+/teens. Same activities and also a show at the end. Same price, times and same venue as above.
Our adult workshop will run on Sunday afternoon/evening 4pm-6.30pm There will not be a show at the end – instead we will be focusing on aerial and acro balance. All levels welcome.
The younger children’s session is nearly full – but a few places left on the adults and 11+/teens workshops.
